Blair joined Crossmark in August 2021. She was a licensed property and casualty insurance agent for 6 years. Blair and her husband Josh have 2 children, Kinslee who is 9 and Jude who is 2. In her free time she loves being with her family and friends.

Cindy Started working at Crossmark in May 2023. She is from Homer, Louisiana and has 2 adult daughters. In her free time, Cindy enjoys reading books and watching movies.

Debra came to Crossmark in April 2021. Before Crossmark, she worked as a Timekeeper/Administrative Assistant for construction in the refineries and railcar industries for 15 years. She enjoys traveling, reading books, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and especially her 1 year old grandson.

Dicky Love joined Crossmark Management Group in September 2013. He works on special projects, particularly those involving HR issues. Dicky’s training was in theology and in leadership/management. His undergraduate work was at the University of Arkansas. He earned a Masters in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1979 and then a Doctor of Ministry from there in 1992, with an emphasis in leadership development and management. He worked for 29 years in pastoral ministry at both an established church in Baton Rouge and in a start-up church in Ruston. He brings to Crossmark his experience in evaluating, developing, and directing people. He enjoys helping individuals understand themselves and how to better interact, respect, and effectively co-labor with others who are not wired the same way they are. He and his wife enjoy visiting their grown daughters in New York City and Austin. He especially enjoys riding his 19-year-old Harley.

Gigi joined Crossmark in August 2020. She is a graduate of University of Houston Downtown with a BBA in Finance. Her background is in accounting and internal audit with experience in the oil & gas, mass retail, and telecom industries.

In her spare time, she enjoys camping, kayaking, SCUBA diving, and knitting. Her favorite places are around a campfire, in the mountains, or on the water. She also has three dogs named Cricket, Darcy, and Ginny who are always getting into something.

Isaac started working at Crossmark in August of 2021. He is from Ruston, LA and is graduating from Louisiana Tech with a degree in Accounting. He plans on getting his Master in Business Administration after that. In his free time, Isaac enjoys watching sports and spending time with friends and family.

Jennifer Fryer joined Crossmark Management Group in May 2012. She serves as a part-time Accounts Payable Associate, helping some of our clients by paying their bills, making deposits, and keeping up with their QuickBooks records in those areas. She also helps with the occasional administrative tasks around the office. Prior to working with Crossmark she was employed as a Children’s Ministry Coordinator at a church & as the Spirit Group Coordinator at Louisiana Tech University. Louisiana Tech is also where she got her degree in Merchandising & Consumer Affairs. In her leisure time Jennifer enjoys being a mom, reading, running, yoga, music & theme parks (if you haven’t been to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios, put it on your bucket list!

Kiley Wilson joined Crossmark Management Group in November 2020. She serves as a part-time Accounting and Operations Associate, working with the Charter Schools Division. She has a BS in Marketing and a MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech. When she’s not here, she’s spending all her time with her husband, son, and daughter. She loves being outside, gardening, and running.

Lee Evelyn joined Crossmark Management Group in May 2019 as a payroll associate. She is responsible for payroll, payroll tax processing, and employee record keeping for various clients. She graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana with a B.S. degree in accounting. Lee Evelyn is actively involved with her church, Ruston Kiwanis, and various tennis organizations. She is passionate about tennis, reading, and trying new things, and is currently learning to play the piano.

Lindsay Rome joined the Crossmark team in January of 2018. She serves as an Executive & Financial Assistant. Prior to joining the Crossmark team, she worked in the insurance industry for 10 years as a licensed property and casualty insurance agent. Lindsay enjoys spending time with family and long walks around Target. Lindsay and her husband Jordan have been married for 10 years and welcomed their daughter Caroline Grace Rome in August 2017.

Mary Claire joined Crossmark in October 2021. She works as an Operation Associate, helping develop training and employee onboarding programs. Mary Claire is a Business Management major at Louisiana Tech University, with plans of graduating in 2023. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Sondi joined Crossmark in May 2021 as an accounting associate.

Van Matherne joined Crossmark in October of 2021. He works as an accounting associate, serving our clients by working on financial statements, daily cash reports, and bookkeeping. Van will graduate from Louisiana Tech University in the fall of 2025 with a major in accounting. After graduation, he plans on attending law school and aspires to start his own firm. During his free time, Van enjoys playing sports, hunting, and spending time with his family.

Zachary Bentley joined Crossmark Management Group in September of 2019. He currently works as an Accounting Associate. Zachary works on bookkeeping, daily cash reports, financial statements, and payroll. He graduated from Louisiana Tech in 2014 with a Bachelors of Speech and Theatre and received a Masters of Arts in 2016. In his free time he enjoys listening to music, playing video games, and talking with his friends.

Zechariah Foote joined our team in June 2020 as an accounting associate. In 2014, Zechariah joined the US Army reserves and is a Specialist. He is also currently studying to obtain a CompTia A+ Certificate. When he is not working, Zechariah enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and making video games.
